Pedal through Petals – k95 #1 Country

Pedal through Petals is a guided tour of Richmond’s most beautiful architecture and gardens, on your bike! Please bring your bike, a water bottle and a bike helmet (helmets are required to ride).

“Party Central” is on Clay Street, just in front of The Valentine. Registration and breakfast begin at 8.

Then, starting in waves at 10, your guide will lead you through downtown and Church Hill. Notwithstanding the word “hill,” the ride is fairly flat. From time to time, you will stop, dismount your bike and tour some gorgeous spots, including Becky’s Healing Garden at Massey Cancer Center, St. John’s Church, beautiful gardens in the heart of Church Hill, and more. Your group of riders will be assigned a ride leader who will make sure you do not get lost. Nobody will be left behind.

After some leisurely riding, you will return to Party Central. There you will find lunch, beer or wine, yoga, a Family Fun Zone, complete with bouncy castle, face painting and balloons for the kids, and a whole lot more fun for the whole family.

*All proceeds go to lifesaving research at VCU Massey Cancer Center.*
